Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to change my package in the next 12 months?

If you need to upgrade your account, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the upgraded package (either monthly or in one lump sum) before we can add your package upgrade benefits (i.e., BSSM video curriculum access, additional student accounts available, etc. depending on which package you upgrade to). 

For instance, if you purchase the 15 Students Package at the discounted price of $2,493 for one year access (regularly $277/month), and you later need to upgrade to the 25 Students Package (regularly $347/month), you will need to pay the regular price additional cost for the remainder of your one year access period. This would be either $70/month on a subscription basis, or as a lump sum ($70 multiplied by the number of months left on your current package). Therefore, if you have 7 months left in your sale-priced package, you will need to pay $70 x 7 months = $490 total for the remainder of your new package.

We are unfortunately unable to give refunds for downgraded packages unless notified by August 31, 2026. Any downgrades after August 31, 2026 will not be refunded. 

What if I need to cancel my account in the next 12 months?

In some instances, we may be able to refund the remaining amount of your package. Please contact us at schoolplanting@bethel.com if you need to cancel your account. 

How long is my account good for if I purchase a package during this one week sale?

Your BSSM Equip account will be good until August 31, 2027 at 11:59pm. After that time, if you have not renewed your BSSM Equip account, we will revoke your access to your BSSM Equip account until it is in good standing.

Can I get a discount on month-to-month subscriptions?

Unfortunately, this two week sale is only good for year-long subscription packages. We cannot offer discounts on our month-to-month subscriptions at this time unless you qualify for a country-specific discount.

What if I want to continue my subscription after August 31, 2027?

If you would like to keep your subscription after September 1, 2027, let us know to continue your subscription, and you will be charged the normal, non-discounted monthly price for your package. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must fill out this form before September 1, 2027.

What if I just paid a month’s subscription in July (which will run through August)?

If you paid for your monthly subscription after July 15, 2026, you may qualify for a refund before upgrading to the annual subscription. If you paid before July 15, 2026, you will not qualify for a refund to upgrade to an annual subscription. If you potentially qualify, please email us at schoolplanting@bethel.com to inquire about the refund.
If I qualify for a country discount, can I still purchase an annual package?

Yes! Even if you qualify for a discounted BSSM Equip package, you can still participate in our Two Week Sale! Just let us know when we get you set up what country your school is in and we can help you out.
